Job Listing: Mechanical Engineer

NW Florida Manufacturer is seeking a Mechanical Engineer. A 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree is required. Qualified candidates need minimum 2 years AutoCAD experience. The Mechanical Engineer will prepare preliminary and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD. The Mechanical Engineer will assist Sr. Mechanical Engineers with various projects, in order to manufacture high-quality electronic products. The Mechanical Engineer will prepare design sketches, layouts, and schematics.

The Mechanical Engineer will have experience in design and solid modeling, and direct experience in sheet metal design and electronic packaging. The Mechanical Engineer will develop goals and objectives for continuous improvement in support of the Department and Company objectives. The Mechanical Engineer will investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, in order to make recommendations and design modifications.

Company environment requires engineers to wear many hats, exercising troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
