Job Listing: Office Manager/Lab Support - Biotech

A start-up biotech in Bothell is looking to hire a Lab Support Specialist/Office Manager. This is a very diverse, multifaceted position, and is perfect for someone with superior multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate will have worked in a "Life Sciences" environment for a few years and will want more diversity in their next role.

Position Requirements:

* Manage the front office duties, e.g. answer phone calls, update calendars.
* Schedule travel and meetings
* Facilitate shipping/ receiving and perform data entry that relates to Fed Ex
* Liaison with lab staff and provide a wide array of support functions

- Let it be noted that this is just a sample of the duties performed in this role.

Experience:

* 3-5 years experience performing support capacities in a life science environment
* BS in a life science preferred
* Experience or desire to work in a start-up environment
