Job Listing: Telecommunications Service Manager

SUMMARY

TEKsystems is searching for a Telecommunications Service Manager to work full time with a national telecommunications service provider. The manager will be responsible for providing managerial support and direction to technicians and projects, as well as act as a point of contact for customers.

REQUIREMENTS

- Seven plus years of experience in the telecommunications field
- Two years of experience working as a manager at a telecommunications company
- Proven knowledge of and professional experience with phone systems
- Previous experience managing technicians, projects, and customers
- Coordinate field repairs with technicians in appropriate geographic areas
- Ability to provide detailed documentation of work order/project status
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal medium
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
