Job Listing: Bilingual Benefits Coordinator

Our client, an industrial boat fabricator located in Alameda Ca is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Coordinator to administer workers compensation claims and employee benefits.

This position reports to the Administration Manager and other personnel as needed. This is a Monday through Friday work week with occasional overtime as needed.

General duties include:
*Gather details concerning new accidents and injuries
*Follow up with all open disability claims
*Maintain all stats in conformance with the OSHA 300 log
*Verify injury status for all employee claims
*Make sure all employees receive proper care
*Support employees with benefit questions
*Process new and changing coverage forms pertaining to benefits and 401k
*Maintain and assist with all 401k requests
*Bilingual English-Spanish translation to all of the aforementioned

This position requires processing and providing benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner pertaining to company policy. All actions must result in total customer satisfaction.
