Job Listing: Service Manager
One of the largest parts inventories in Texas. We seek a candidate with the following: Verifiable record of successful Service Management experience (Prefer 5 year minimum). Large Ag equipment experience (John Deere preferred). Cotton Harvest equipment and Fixed Operations experience. Must understand how to analyze financials (P&L, balance sheet, income statements). Self starter, highly organized and must be able to delegate and deal with stressful environments.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Company offers full medical and 401K, Paid vacation, Base salary plus percentage of net profit.

Required Skills
Must possess at least five year minimum as a successful Service Management; Ideal candidate must have Large equipment experience (a Big plus with John Deere equipment preferred). Must posses high moral character. Must have exceptional people skills and experience in recruiting, training and retaining service personnel.
Location is close to major metropolitan centers. Great school districts and relocation allowance for the right individual.
