Our Client is looking for a skilled Application Architect to help build the framework which will allow for next generation software development. They need someone with hands-on development experience as well as solid business sense. This person will manage a team of Developers, as well as have the opportunity to do some development work.

Required Skills for this Application Architect position includes the following:
Must be senior enough to understand and shape the business models
Ability to convince Senior Management with multiple solutions
Previous experience with the Software Giant Web Portal is mandatory
Demonstrated experience with the Software Giant Web Portal Tools, "Bedrock and Composition Framework" is essential
Bedrock: A content publishing engine that includes the content repository, Feed Management system, and Editorial system to manage content for a site refresh. Bedrock provided XML that Flash loaded to create menus, articles and play videos.
Should be familiar with the Software Giant Web Portal’s technology components
Should have architected portals and websites in .NET platform, preferably in the retail world
