Job Listing: HR Benefits Administrator

An international company in the city of Fountain Valley is seeking an HR Administrator. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain job descriptions and FLSA classifications. Candidates will assist in developing and administering compensation programs, including annual salary increase programs, and annual bonus programs. Will Update and maintain pay grades. Updates and maintains job descriptions. Works with benefits department and insurance carriers to resolve claims. Recommends new and/or improved employee benefits plans and cost-saving measures. Provides general benefit information to employees. Administers short-term and long-term disability leaves. Administers Short Term Disability's and FMLA programs. Supports Head of Human Resources in administration of 401K and pension plans. Employee's will process monthly benefits, premium invoices, check requests and wires. Human Resources Reporting: Responsible for HRIS related duties such as developing queries. Creates and maintains all Human Resources reporting such as turnover analysis, FTE reports, cost per hire reports, headcount reports and job competency matrix. Maintain monthly status reports for executive management staff. Assist with employee relations. Conduct new hire orientations Responsible for the entire new hire process. Ensure all administrative support is accomplished (e.g., new hire packets, invoices, etc.)
