Job Listing: HVAC Project Manager / Estimator

HVAC Project Manager. HVAC Project Manager must have a BS or BA and 5 + years of experience in HVAC Project Management working on large scale projects in CA.

Manager will oversee all aspects of Construction activities of assigned projects, oversee other project managers, develop schedules, coordinate support activities, develop action plans, and maintain relationships with all parties involved in projects.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 plus Benefits and Bonuses.


The HVAC Project Manager should have great communication skills as they will be communicating the project goals with the Project Managers and Field Personnel. The SR. Project Manager will work closely with contractor's offices to ensure all requirements are being met.

HVAC Estimator Job Description:
HVAC Estimator. The HVAC Estimator must have a BS or BA and 5 + years of experience in HVAC Estimating working on large scale projects in CA.

Estimator will oversee all aspects of Construction take offs, bids and estimates of assigned projects, coordinate support activities, and maintain relationships with all parties involved in projects.

Salary: $85,000 - 115,000 plus Benefits and Bonuses.
