Job Listing: Land Planner/Urban Planner

Land Use Planner

Successful candidates must have a BS degree or equivalent in Land Use Planning or Urban Development (master's degree preferred). Additionally, a minimum of a year's experience with GMA, SEPA, zoning, subdivision activities, and permit facilitation is required. Projects will include a mix of commercial, residential and municipalities work. Projects will have a strong focus on low-impact development. Policy planning and implementation experience is desirable. Excellent computer skills are required.
