Job Listing: Team Manager - Client Data Management

Principal responsibilities

-Assist in the build-out of the Client Data Management team in Salt Lake City including hiring local staff, defining the operating model and implementing global policies and procedures
- Manage a team of 6-10 analysts responsible for capturing and maintaining client reference data used across the firm including account, legal entity and organization entity information
- Interact with key users of entity information across different functions (Credit, Legal, Sales & Trading, Investment Banking, Financial Product Reference Data, etc.)

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in an Operations management position or similar role with a proven track record for managing people and driving change
- Experience in working with business and technology partners to prepare business requirements and solve complex business need
- Leader who works effectively in a team setting and is passionate about providing reference data
- Self-starter who is energetic and willing to take initiative
- Highly organized individual with attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Operations, Legal, Credit, AML or Compliance experience a plus
- Series 9 & 10 General Securities Sales Supervisor Certification desirable
