ELECTRICAL ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Aerotek has a client who is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

***QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A BACHELORS DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AS WELL AS PROFICIENCY PREVIOUS EXPERIECE IN POWER GENERATION IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION***

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Candidates will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating electrical design drawings and specifications prepared by electrical subcontractors and vendors.

* Candidates will also consult with and advise management regarding electrical problems encountered during construction of major projects, research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs and applications, and also advises engineers as to the viability of proposed plans and actions.

* Finally, candidates will formulate standard specification language for electrical engineering projects, demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality seamless customer service.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

* 3-5 years of working electrical engineering experience is also required.

* Heavy industrial work experience and material handling systems is strongly preferred.

* Additionally, any experience working and coordinating work with subcontractors is also preferred, but not required.
