Title: Customer Service Call Center Manager

Medical Device company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to supervise their customer care department. CSR Manager must possess the ability to resolve escalated issues, train and maintain employees, conduct customer satisfaction reviews, resolve any credit or debit discrepancies and other duties as necessary.
Must possess 7+ years of direct related Customer Service Managerial experience and a BA/BS degree. Efficient computer proficiency is necessary in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, QAD and SAP.
