Job Listing: Quality Control Inspector

A company in Crystal Lake, IL makes drill bits for various markets such as Aviation, Automotive, and Retail. Some of its largest accounts are Boeing, and retail stores like Home Depot and Menards.

They are looking for a quality control / quality assurence inspector on the second shift.

Candidates must have quality control experience with micrometers, optical comparators, calipers and assorted hand tools.

Duties to be performed are as follows but not limited to:
- Final inspection of finished tools
- In-process inspection
- Provide quality training
- Machine capability studies
- Perform first piece checks
- Assist with processing customer returns
- Report any quality issues to Quality Manager


Second Shift Position 3pm – 11pm Monday - Friday
Starting Wage: $12.00 per hour
