Job Listing: Customer Service/Telemarketing

Our client, a consumer products company has immediate needs for Customer Service/Telesales Representatives.

This individual will be handling inbound and outbound calls as well as contacting prospective customers who have inquired about the company's products either online or by phone. The goal of every call is to set a meeting to inform customers on specific products, ultimately increasing business and sales.

The ideal Customer Service/Telesales Representative should be sales-driven, outgoing, and be willing to put in 110%, ensuring success for all. Sales experience is not entirely necessary, but the willingness to learn and succeed is a must! Prior telesales or telemarketing experience is preferred.

Must be flexible with schedule. Schedule will include second shift and weekends.

The next training class will begin May 3rd.
