Job Listing: Recruiter

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to work for a leading Workforce Solutions firm. Join our on-site Program Team in the beautiful Texarkana area. Successful candidates will be responsible for matching the skills of prospective program employees with specific job requirements and effectively coordinating the placement and integration of personnel. The duties and responsibilities of a Recruiter include, but are not limited to the following:
* Identify candidates through traditional recruiting sources; job fairs, job postings, candidate sourcing, etc.
* Submit qualified candidates to client management.
* Oversee full cycle employee recruiting process from application to testing, interviewing and on-boarding.
* Maintain appropriate communication with client managers to determine and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain relationship with the client.

(This is a contract position with an opportunity for growth.)

Required Skills

Candidates for this position must have two years experience in recruiting, specifically with such tasks as pay negotiation, candidate screening, and order management.

Candidate must also have a demonstrable track record of performing in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. Must have very well developed written and oral communication skills, and the ability to deal with both candidates and client management in an effective manner. Candidate must have excellent time/task management skills, and the ability to assume full responsibility for tasks with limited supervision.
