Job Listing: Software Engineer II - Network Management
Complex analysis and design of Network Management systems and applications to meet business process requirements. Technical and functional leadership for support, maintenance, and growth of client information systems. Responsible for requirement definition through systems implementation, and production support. May require on-call status. Works under deadlines, is assigned concurrent projects, receives general direction.
Responsibilities:
· Develop Network and Systems Management applications
· Ability to evaluate existing Network Management development tools and determine viability to deliver a competitive product
· Utilize IDE tools to develop advanced Network Management Systems such as EMS and NMS implementing Discovery, Fault, Configuration, and Performance Monitoring services

Required Skills
· 3 - 5 years software development experience including work with integrated Network Management Systems (NMS) with existing Operation Support Systems (OSS), and Billing Systems via protocols, such as CORBA, SNMP, TL1, RMI, HTTP, and JMX.
· Experience with relational database design and development (MySQL experience a plus)
· The ability to work independently but maintain a structured environment establishing proper processes and documentation of development cycle
