Volt Services Group in Cost Mesa is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company located in the city of Santa Ana. The successful candidate in this position will be responsible for managing, and coordinating all logistics, and supporting for tradeshows for US and international events. Track all tradeshow related expenses to assist in developing executive budgets for the fiscal year. Coordinate meetings and logistics, organize and procure materials, complete related filings and assists with other marketing tasks. Prepare sales forecasts and reports, organize customer support activities and in-house visits. Advise senior management on important events and provide timely sales support for worldwide sales & marketing activities. The chosen candidate will promote sales through advance planning and logistics for domestic and international trade show exhibitions. Coordinate all tradeshow logistics including procurement, drayage, electrical, rentals hotel arrangements and equipment. Manage demo inventory and equipment, coordinate shipments to maintain schedules and remain within budget. Tracks all tradeshow related expenses and advise management in developing budgets for the fiscal year. Purchase, maintain, and track inventory of promotional marketing items. Source new items as appropriate to lower costs. Responsible for creating company technical data sheets and managing inventory to promote sales. Collect, organize catalogs and maintains materials for customers, international reps, competition and products. Maintain representative agent listings, agreements and renewals for international sales. Assist in hosting and entertaining visiting personnel from various countries. Advise management and negotiates pricing with outsourced vendors for marketing tools. Assist sales & marketing executives in preparation of budgets, forecasts and reports. Coordinate communications with global sales team. Assist with graphics for marketing promotion and advertising to promote sales. Other marketing and sales support duties as assigned.
