Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large transportation services company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- A high volume of calls each day
- Resolving customer issues and answering customer questions
- Tracking and verifying information

Qualified Customer Service Representatives will have:
- AT LEAST 3-5 years of consecutive customer service experience dealing with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Very strong Outlook skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency


This position is scheduled to be a contract opportunity. The hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM-6PM.
