Job Listing: Pharmaceutical Care Rep-Bilingual

Our client, a large specialty pharmacy, is actively seeking a pharmaceutical customer care representative for their location in the Orlando area. Our client is looking for a Pharmaceutical Customer Care Representative to demonstrate the ability to provide customers with courteous, friendly, accurate and efficient service.

Pharmaceutical Care Representatives responsibilities include:

-Respond in a timely and courteous manner to all inbound and outbound calls.
-Perform candidate follow up calls.
-Conduct and review candidate prescription in an order.
-Maintain a working knowledge of computer systems.

Qualified Pharmaceutical Customer Care Representatives will have:

-Must have Pharmaceutical Call Center experience
-A High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Great CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
-Call center experience is a MUST.
-The ability to type 25-30 WPM.
-Must be bilingual
