Job Listing: Hyperion Project Manager/Analyst

TEKsystems is seeking an enthusiastic, technically experienced Hyperion manager/analyst to design solutions for budgeting and planning applications.

This person will report to the Director – Hyperion Finance Administration, this individual is a member of the finance team for our client. He/she is responsible for the international business coordination and support of the Hyperion application (primarily the Hyperion Planning and Strategic Finance modules).

This person will work with Technology and other business entities to ensure that finance (business-end) implementation and support efforts are coordinated. This position is located in Baltimore, MD with some travel to Central and South America.

Requirements:
*3+ yrs in Application development/support of applications
*3+ yrs with Hyperion Interactive reporting
*3+ yrs working in Data Warehouse environments
*Strong analytical skills
*Experience with relational database concepts and design
*Working experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM, Planning, Web Analysis, Upstream (FDM), Strategic Finance, Hyperion Reports, and/or Smartview Add-in preferred.
*Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Preferred:
*3-5 years of Finance Application experience collaborating with accounting/finance, IT, as well as operational support teams
*MBA and/or CPA or CMA with previous experience in a multi-national business desirable.
*Knowledge and understanding of FAS#52 accounting standards and other unique international accounting standards and financial needs of foreign entities.
*Ability to build, maintain and automate data load processes using Hyperion Application Link (HAL) and load rules
*Familiarity with ESSCMD, MAXL, MDX, SQL, VBSCRIPT
*Strong understanding of Hyperion System 9 relational repositories supporting front-end applications
*Dashboard design, development, and maintenance
