Job Listing: Administrative Assistant III

Large Mortgage Company seeking two high level Administrative Assistant. Duties include:

1) Providing wide range of administrative support to upper management. These include answering the phone, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, some filing, ordering supplies, creating letters, spreadsheets, reports and presentations
2) Creating correspondence and reports. Assisting with the design and development of presentations
3) Assisting with departmental event planning including: budget management, vendor selection and event planning
4) Assisting in departmental budget management. Researching and reconciling discrepancies, and
monitoring and reviewing related reports including
expense, purchasing and HR forms
5) Acting as a lead in coordinating administrative
support services for the group
6) Assisting in special projects, which may require
compiling data and analysis'
