Job Listing: Construction Administrator

Our client, a well established full service design firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator in the Harrisonburg, VA area.

The Construction Administrator provides the leadership for the A/E Construction Phase services and serves as the point of contact for the Owner and Contractor.

Duties Include:
-Conducting Pre-Construction Conference
-Site Visits/Meetings
-Receive/Log/Track/Coordinate Review of RFIs and RFPs
-Issue/Log/Track/Coordinate review of PCOs
-Review Applications for Payment
-Receive Contractor Schedule Updates
-Project Closeout
-Project Records

Requirements:
-MINIMUM 5 years in Construction Management
-Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
-Experience working with an Architecture or Engineering Firm is preferred, but experience with a General Contractor may also be considered
-Exposure to Federal and State procurement processes a plus!
-Some travel may be required
