Job Listing: Sr. Transportation Engineer

We are a large NW based engineering firm currently seeking a Professional Transportation Engineer for an immediate opening in Portland Oregon.

The Transportation Engineer will be responsible for the following:
-Overseeing a group of designers and junior engineers on a daily basis
-Conceptual design of roadway, highway, and traffic projects
-Coordination with clients to communicate project progress


Requirements for this position include:
-BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
-Professional Engineering License (PE) in Oregon
-A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with transportation, highway, roadway design engineering
-Knowledge and experience with the DOT
-Ability to manage a group of junior engineers and designers
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients to include DOT personnel and municipalities
-Very Strong Business Development Skills
