Job Listing: CAD Manager/MEP

Aerotek is working with a client that is in need of a CAD Manager with strong MEP experience to lead the CAD Department. This company is a mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm. They provide professional services to clients throughout the continental United States, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. Main projects are for private enterprises, institutions, and governmental agencies. They employ a highly diverse staff of approximately 30 engineers and designers qualified in the disciplines of engineering, research, design and field engineering services.

Requirements:

-5-10 years experience CAD Lead with exceptional skills in MEP,
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC
-Proficient with AutoCAD MEP
-Supervisory experience is preferred
-Ability to read and interpret design and construction documents

Responsibilities:

-Work directly with Engineers and Designers to generate exciting projects in a team generated studio environment.
-Design using AutoCAD MEP and Revit
-Lead the team to greater productivity and assist others
-Create and implement CAD standards
-Support for upgrades and updates for AutoCAD and Revit software
-Train others in AutoCAD
