Job Listing: Automotive Training Specialist

This is a direct placement / permanent position within the automotive industry. Our client is an international Automotive Manufacturing company that is looking to hire an experienced Training Manager in LaGrange, Georgia (80 miles south of Atlanta, 30 minutes north of Columbus). The ideal candidate will assist in leading and managing people, projects, and resources with in the training / HR development department.

Duties and Responsibilities –

-Conduct training program development process for all levels of technical training course

-Support and coordinate company trainers, and SME

-Conduct and assess all technical skill training programs

-Improve existing training programs and all kind of training systems

-Oversee pre-employment training course and coordinate with Georgia QS for training



Qualifications –

-2-5 years of training in industrial training field of manufacturing company

-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

-Automotive experience highly desired

-Ability to perform multiple tasks and handle stress

-Strong verbal and written communication

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $50,000 to $65,000 per Year
