Job Listing: Construction Manager (Grocery)

A General Construction Firm based in Chino Hills CA is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee grocery store projects in a Program Management/ Construction Management role.

Position Description:

Construction managers plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of construction projects. Construction managers may oversee an entire project and typically schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors. Experience with grocery stores or structures containing refrigeration systems is highly desirable.

Requirements:

- BS in Construction Management (Preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience with grocery store construction projects
- Experience in renovation projects.
- Have served in a Construction Manager, Owners Rep. or Project Manager role.
