Job Listing: Construction Materials Lab Supervisor

Aerotek E&E is currently seeking an experienced Construction Materials Lab Supervisor for a position in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Ideal Candidates will offer 3+ years of experience in a Lab Setting

DUTIES:

- Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Construction Materials Lab Testing.
- Lead a group of technicians responsible for the testing of aggregates, concrete, and soils.
- Responsible for the management and training of lab technicians on various projects to insure testing, paperwork, and calculations are meeting standards.
- Project scheduling.
- Work scope.
- Budgets.
- Profitability goals.
- Maintain equipment calibrations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- ACI (American Concrete Institute)
- ATTI (Arizona Technical Testing Institute)

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- ACI
- ATTI
- 3+ years of experience conducting concrete, asphalt, and soil tests
