Job Listing: Retail Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large banking company, is looking for a Retail Customer Service Representative. This person will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls from Retail Tellers in branch locations across the country.

The individual will be responsible for handling questions and solving problems for tellers on personal account information. He or she will also need the ability to handle sensitive information and keep that information confidential. The individual will also be asked to continuously learn as the department receives new calls in regards to business products.

To be qualified for this position, the candidate should have retail banking experience within a branch location, strong communication and customer service skills, and strong data entry skills.
