Job Listing: Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor

Aerotek Performance Resources is a national company that is currently seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to support our shipping, assembly and packaging operation in the Fort Mill - Rock Hill area.

Under general supervision of the Regional Operations Manager, the Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor's primary responsibility is to maintain work cell production and quality standards and all on-going development and training for all lead personnel seeking to advance to the management level. In addition to production and quality standards, the Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor will maintain and oversee all support functions to include evaluations, industry safety standards and employee training and orientation. The Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor along with his/her lead personnel will be responsible for the overall success of the client site operations.

Essential Job Functions
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Problem solving skills related to client issues, production goals and personnel matters.
- Daily Performance and/or Quality reports
- Weekly operations and billing reports submitted timely and accurately
- Ability to respond rapidly and timely to all calls for service
- Development and evaluation of all personnel.
- Managing client expectations and maintaining excellent client relationships

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing environment or related fields
- Computer literature in Microsoft Excel, Word, e-mail, industry specific systems, and data entry.
- Proven track record of Managerial success.
- Strong customer service skills are a requirement.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a STRONG PLUS!
