Job Listing: BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities: Working with business partners and user groups to understand and document business and technical requirements, and ensure that customer expectations are understood and met.

· Requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training, and support of a large customer relationship management application (RMTools) and wireless components of that application (Tools2Go).

· Develop test scripts and perform regression testing of quarterly systems releases. Day to day support of Line of Business partners, including user questions, training, and ad-hoc requests.

Requirements: 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role for large scale application (Intranet a plus). Sales or customer relationship management application experience a strong plus.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to be able to clearly and consistently communicate with various levels of users and LOBs.
· Understanding of Application Lifecycle Development, SDLC, and regulatory compliance needs as they pertain to banking applications.

· Experience working with business customers gathering and documenting application enhancements. Must be able to translate customer requests into actionable requirements.

· Good understanding of Wholesale banking, financial concepts. Excellent PC skills with demonstrated competence with MS Office tools. Access/SQL skills a plus. Proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer needs.
