Telecommunications NOC Technician Job Description:
One of the Valley's leading Telecommunications Company has immediate needs for NOC Technicians.

This contract position will last AT LEAST through the end of the year.

The ideal candidate must have Experience working in:

-24x7 Operations Center Environment
-Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) plant; Transport a plus
-Monitoring and trouble ticket management tools such as:
-Remedy, Netcool, HP Openview or Cacti/MRTG
Mapping or CAD drawings

Primary tools used by the NOC Tech:

-ICOMS
-Remedy
-Netcool
-Hummingbird Exceed
-Phasor & PathTrak RPS
-Solarwinds

The position may be a NIGHT TIME OPPORTUNITY, applicant must be willing to work 3rd shift.

If you are not willing to work 3rd shift hours, candidate need not apply.

Also, Experience in a 24x7 Network Operations Center is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED.
