Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

Interviewing applicants through existing and new sources as needed, to maintain an effective pool of field employees.
Utilizing electronic processes for recruiting and placement, as well as maximizing efficiency and time-saving.
Matching the skills of the candidates to the needs of our customers.
Increasing existing business.
Working with our clients to make the best placement/service decisions.
Anticipating future needs.

Required Skills

Requirements for success in this Mid-Level Technical Recruiter position include the following:

Must have 1-3 years of Technical Recruiting experience!
2-3 years of Staffing experience
A highly-motivated and professional outlook
Experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, and/or Screening
Organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Additionally, you need to have excellent interpersonal skills in working with your internal team, clients and candidates.
