Examples of qualifying experience include knowledge of applicable Federal laws, regulations, policies, related to civilian employment, labor relations, and equal opportunity matters; professional knowledge of the Ethics in Government Act and the Standards of conduct for employees of the Executive Branch; and knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and possess a broad knowledge in providing legal counsel to senior federal executives in the development of extremely sensitive policies and programs.
Applicants must meet the BASIC EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS as follows: Applicants must possess an LL.B. or a J.D. degree and be duly licensed and authorized to practice law as an attorney under the laws of a state, a territory, or the District of Columbia.
