General Schedule **SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Candidates for this position must identify in their resume that they possess one year of specialized experience and/or training with supervisory or managerial skills in conjunction with the responsibilities in the following: Experience that provided knowledge of a body of basic laws and regulations, law enforcement operations, practices, and techniques and involved responsibility for maintaining order and protecting life and property. Creditable specialized experience may have been gained in work on a police force; through service as a military police officer; in work providing visitor protection and law enforcement in parks, forests, or other natural resource or recreational environments; in performing criminal investigative duties; or in other work that provided the required knowledge and skills.




**The Army Civilian Education System (CES) is a structured, progressive, sequential program which broadens the targeted civilian educational training base. It provides leader training and education that supports civilian leaders? career path requirements and professional development, and promotes lifelong learning and self development as integral parts of the civilian leader development program. CES provides leader development opportunities for Army civilians. The following course and time requirements apply to this position: The Supervisory Development Course (SDC) must be completed within one year of placement into the position. The Foundation Course (FC) is required for all supervisors and managers hired after 30 September 2006. The Basic Course (BC) must be completed within one year of placement into the position. The Intermediate Course (IC) must be completed within two years after placement into the position. The Advanced Course (AC) must be completed within two years after placement into the position. Salary and Benefits

Salary Range:  36,822.00 - 58,557.00 USD per year
