Job Listing: Usability Engineer
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conducts usability studies, analyzes data and writes reports under the supervision of a Usability Engineer or Usability Manager. Develops and manages relationship with product team. Works with the product team to develop test questions and usability studies. Oversees projects and works with the supervising Usability Engineer or Manager in identifying and addressing critical usability issues.

Required Skills
Work related experience in Human Machine Interaction or usability required. Demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data required. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in project management preferred. Masters degree in Psychology, Human Factors or related field required or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Factors or related field with equivalent work experience in Behavioral Science.
