Job Listing: Professional Land Surveyor

Located in Wenatchee, WA, our firm is a full service civil engineering, land planning and survey firm. We are looking for an ambitious Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with an eye on management and managing projects. Various responsibilities will include running and scheduling the crews, project management, employee hiring and evaluation, client contact, proposals, scheduling, billing, boundary and right-of-way determinations, construction staking calculations, field note reduction and checking, preparation of topographic mapping, profiles and cross-sections, record map preparation (record of survey, condominium plat, subdivision plat, or partition plat), preparation of legal descriptions for lot line adjustments, dedications, easements, assessment districts, and the preparation of land title surveys. We need a self-starter and a leader who is task-oriented and a team player. At least five years of survey experience both in and out of the office is required.
