Aerotek is currently working with a client located in the Baltimore MD area. This company takes a team-based design approach, working closely with the clients to create aesthetically appealing and build-able designs that respond to the site and fulfill client objectives. They have extensive experience in design/build projects, with the architect as the primary point of contact, control and responsibility, as well as construction- led design/build projects.

Job Description:
Immediate opening for an Architectural Intern or a CADD draftsperson. Great opportunity for a professional development and advancement in an architectural firm focusing on the design of churches, schools and retail facilities.

Qualifications:
-Minimum two years experience with architectural drafting preferred
-Must have experience working in an architectural firm
-AutoCAD proficient
-Commercial projects experience ie; churches, schools, shopping centers.

Professional involvement a plus:
-American Institute or Architects (AIA)
-National Council of Architectural Registration Boards
-National Fire Protection Association
-Building Officials and Code Administrators
-Association of School Business Officials
-American Society of Landscape Architects
-U.S. Green building Council
