Due to continued growth in the market, and our recent acquisition by and new affiliation with Stephen James Associates, we have an immediate, ground floor opportunity for a Business Development Manager in our Interim Executive/Professional Practice. This position will be based out of our Boca Raton office, and will have the opportunity and advantage to leverage off our established temporary and permanent recruitment teams and related contacts, as well as our other divisions based out of that office.
As Business Development Manager for the Interim Executive Division, you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities including; client identification and introduction, new and follow up meetings, selling and branding our temporary services, establishing service agreements as necessary, negotiating bill rates, and all around customer service, etc… Additionally, the BDM will also participate as needed in the recruitment/job filling process; interviewing, working directly with clients as it relates to submitting candidates for review, scheduling and managing the interview process, follow up and closure of searches. Additional responsibilities to include participating in professional organizations and visiting existing and new clients.
There is an inherent amount of "phone work" and people interaction to our business including: Warm and cold calling, recruiting/sourcing, phone screening, candidate follow up, and general client contact and entertainment. Candidates should be comfortable and confident generating business over the phone as well as in person.

Required Skills:
- ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE, and or SALES/RECRUITING experience preferred
