Job Listing: Business Process Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a contract opportunity in Charlotte NC.

Responsibility includes:

· Work across organizations throughout the enterprise to understand business process needs, document requirements, and ensure that customer expectations are understood and met.

· Facilitate requirements gathering sessions architected for the customer, the customers culture and the needs of the project.

· Document current and future state processes and lead design team efforts for future state technical solutions.

· Understand critical process and business measures.

· Participate in project planning, estimation and reporting.

· Work closely with customer management, project management and development resources to develop, test and implement process solutions.

· Maintain currency on process reengineering concepts, tool sets and business measurement techniques and approaches.

· Prefer 1 to 2 years project experience in financial industry (including documenting requirements, understanding business needs, analysis, design, working with QA procedures, etc.), 1 to 2 years IT consulting experience, 1 to 2 years software development experience and/or 1 to 2 years full cycle systems development experience (including coding, testing and implementation).

· Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and IBM WebSphere Business Modeler.
