Job Listing: Construction Manager/Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Construction Manager/Estimator for hotel/hospitality project mainly located in the South East.
- Projects will be mostly in the $8-12 million range.
- Candidate will be responsible for day to day management of projects in addition to some estimating.
- Handle 2-3 projects at one time.

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in the construction industry with preferably at least two as a commercial project manager.
- Bachelor's degree in construction or other related discipline.
- Huge plus to have hotel/hospitality but not necessary as long as candidate has commercial experience
- 2-3 days travel in the southeast every two weeks.
