Architectural Project Manager

LOCATION: Sacramento, California

SALARY: $65,000-$75,000/yr DOE+ full Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, Paid Vacation/ Holidays, cash bonuses, etc.

Full service Architecture Design & Planning firm specializing in architecture which services the needs of communities, buildings, campuses, and urban design for education, commercial, residential and cultural facilities actively seeks experienced Architectural Project Manager to head up there Education Projects.

Successful Architectural Project Managers must posses a bachelors degree in Architecture and significant professional architectural experience working within an architectural firm. Ideal candidates will have significant architectural experience managing projects from the conception stage through construction and completion and will have architectural project experience preferably pertaining to large scale K-12, Institutional, or Higher Education projects. Candidates must have strong relationship building and communication skills. Knowledge and experience of OSHPD or DSA practices and procedures is highly preferred (not required). Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of professional architectural experience in a project management or project coordinator role. Current California Architectural license is preferred but not required.

Project Managers will work closely with our team of Architectural Designers, Job Captains, and production staff to aid coordination of design development, CD production, consultant coordination, client interaction, construction administration, code review, etc.
