Our client a well known Online Search tool company is looking for an Operations Associate for their brand new San Francisco location.

The role: Operations Associate

As a Publisher Team Operations Associate you will join the Publisher Sales team supporting our newspaper partners. The fast-paced support team must quickly identify and resolve customer concerns and contribute to program growth.
You will work with publishers who are members of our Print Ads network, helping them meet their goals by providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat. Additionally, you may be responsible for synthesizing and communicating product feedback to product management, leading to continuous improvements of our products, and reviewing electronic tear sheets to ensure compliance with program policies. Among your many attributes, you are a self starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing environment, and have a strong desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Google's publishers
- Assist customers with inquiries by phone, email and/or live chat.
- Manage analytical or special projects to improve efficiency or growth of the business.
- Review electronic tearsheets to ensure compliance with program policies.
- Serve as the liaison between publishers and advertisers in ensuring successful transactions


To be qualified for this position candidates must have:

- BA/BS degree.
- Strong computer application skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely flexible and adaptable
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
- Customer or client service experience a plus.
- For language positions only: Fluency, written and spoken, in English and one or more additional languages.
