Job Listing: Cad Manager

Our client is a family business founded in 1938, with more than 60 years of continuous growth and stability. They are dedicated to providing business facilities which are well-planned, well-built, and well-maintained. They own and manage 5,500,000 square feet of business space on 1,044 acres of land within Raritan center.

They are currently looking for an AutoCAD Manager with a great personality and the ability to take charge of this position and mold it into an asset for the company.

Qualified applicants should possess the following experience, skills, and abilities:

Expertise and solid experience in AutoCAD Release 2009; Revit 2009 software knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of commercial real estate Flex buildings.
Ability to work on customer fit-up layouts.
Ability to work with engineers, architects, property managers, customers, construction departments, and outside vendors.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Attendance and participation in daily 8:00 a.m. department meeting is mandatory.

Be prepared to take an AutoCAD test.
The first round of interviews will consist of basic skills testing and job-matching testing administered by Human Resources.
The next round of interviews would include interviewing with the department leaders, depending on tests results.
