Job Listing: Executive Assistant

Looking for a top notch, top-level Executive Assistant who has a strong work history supporting at least 2-3 executives. Prefer experience to be in the automotive industry. This person will be responsible for phones, coordinating travel (including international), calendar and processing expense reports. This person needs to have maturity and incredible business acumen to support senior leadership.

Required Skills

You must possess an extremely professional demeanor and appearance. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 current years of experience as an executive assistant. You need to be a flexible, professional person who is not afraid to work hard. You must possess the ability to prioritize and complete several tasks at once with a strong attention to detail. You work well under pressure while meeting deadlines. Strong typing skills in addition to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook are required.
