Job Listing: Applications Development Manager

Our client in Lexington, MA is seeking an Applications Development Manager for a contract opportunity.

Our client is currently in the middle of an integration project that is replacing their enterprise-wide legacy system for billing data. The Applications Development Manager is responsible for the design, planning, coordinating, and supervision of all activities related to the development and implementation of the Integration Information Systems and software applications for the pilots.

The AD Manager is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications, act as the bridge between IT managers and developers, and translate business needs into technical designs.

A qualified candidate will have experience managing teams consisting of 10 or more technical developers, demonstrated the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions, and possess strong technical development and design skills.

Familiarity with the following technologies is a must:
-Oracle 10g
-SQL
-Stored procedures
-ODBC/JDBC
-ETL or Informatica
