Job Listing: Mechanical Project Manager

Subcontractor working around DC area in need of a Mechanical Project Manager. Their scope of work includes piping, plumbing, heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC), boilers, chillers installation, ductwork, healing and cooling units, etc.

Project Manager will be required to run between 3-4 jobs at any given time. They are responsible for bidding their own work and then overseeing the project from a quality control standpoint from start to finish. Project Manager must report to the office everyday and travel to the various job sites as required to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Job responsibilities include: scheduling, estimating, cost control techniques, working directly with the owner and general contractor as required, and performing various quality control responsibilities (site inspections), various meetings, etc. to ensure that the jobs are done within time and budget .

Qualified candidate will have 3+ years experience with mechanical construction. Salary is flexible depending on experience.
