NRC Delivery Specialist – Infrastructure
General Description:
The NRC Delivery Specialist is responsible for sourcing, fulfillment and delivery of qualified candidates for specified Skill Sets. This position will recruit candidates specifically for our Infrastructure Product. The success of this role will be measured by our ability to successfully increase our candidate pool within certain skill sets, and ultimately by spread growth within the vertical and product.
The position will report to the Director, National Recruiting Center, but will require heavy communication and interaction with the National Delivery Manager – Communications, the Directors of Strategic and National Accounts for the Infrastructure Product, and the field personnel that works within the Vertical and Product Line. This position will be part of a virtual team and will be located in the Raleigh, NC NRC office.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Sourcing, Fulfillment, and Delivery of Communications Technical Professionals
- Act as a subject matter expert on key skill sets within the communications Product Line
- Maintain a pipeline of key skills (formers, GSG sourced candidates etc)
- Drive the SPP for these candidates in the field by working directly with account managers and recruiters
- Work with GSG sourcer to keep a updated pipeline of candidates
- Conduct phone interviews (G2) with the sourced candidates to ensure quality
- Develop relationships with our current technical professionals (focus skill sets) in order to obtain referrals and assist with R3 process (increase awareness of program amongst current TP population)
- Responsible for both reactive and proactive needs in the field
- Work with NDM to build a pipeline of candidates for specific projects that are outside of key skill sets
- Set up tickler system to build relationships with consultants that are at current clients through our competition
- Work with the field to keep an accurate 45 day portfolio for the key skill sets
- Provide weekly updates to NDM of inventory levels and gaps in supply and demand
- Receive and review requirements from both the field offices and NDM
- Maintain relationships with key account managers and recruiters
- Communicate with sub-vendors (as they are identified) and help to market their available bench candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Organized
- Attention to detail
- Good follow up skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good documentation skills
- High level of comfort working in an environment where following timelines and a sense of urgency are critical to the positions success
- High level of comfort working in a virtual team environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Prefer Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in infrastructure skill sets
