1. 2+ years staffing industry experience as a Recruiter. 2. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and candidates. 3. Competitive spirit with a strong dedication to achieving the desired results of all endeavors. 4. Committed to the highest level of service, follow-up, and completion during the entire recruitment life-cycle. 5. 2+ years experience developing business relationships that lead to ongoing revenue generation. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Focused, dedicated, and motivated to succeed.
