Job Listing: Front Desk Receptionist
Bring your customer service and administrative skills and come join one of the greatest teams in the staffing industry! Volt Services Group, a full service staffing resource, has an immediate need for a front desk Receptionist. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. In this role you will be one of the first points of contact for customers and field employees at a busy front desk and on the phone. Throughout the day you will: Guide candidates through the application, evaluation and orientation process, enter data into a candidate database, maintain the appearance of the reception area, as well as order office supplies and perform various general clerical functions. Required Skills
Qualified candidates will have strong customer service, administrative experience, and busy multi-line telephone experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, with emphasis on professional telephone etiquette. Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, competent multi-tasking abilities, accurate typing speed of at least 40wpm, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Must also have the professional discipline to handle confidential information, and be capable interacting with individuals at all levels. The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure is essential.
