One of Volt Services Group's highly respected clients has an immediate need for a Call Center Supervisor/Manager. Have you ever worked in a health care-related call center? Do you have management and customer service experience? If so, we'd love to talk with you!
This opportunity is in the North Hills area as Call Center Supervisor/Manager. This person will manage a team of call center representatives. The representatives handle inbound and/or outbound calls regarding weight loss surgery seminars on behalf of our client.
The Call Center Supervisor/Manager is also responsible for the day to day operations of a call center, such as scheduling, call monitoring, development, as well as other job duties as required.
This very stable and progressive company is looking for a team player with previous customer service and management experience, with strong telephone etiquette skills that pay strict attention to detail and have the ability to interact with a variety of diverse situations and people. The ability to multi-task and motivate others is a must.
The successful incumbent will work within HIPAA guidelines regarding confidential information. Our client company has a professional environment with a business casual dress code.

Required Skills
5 yrs experience in a call center, 2 yrs experience as a supervisor.
High school graduate. Able to pass criminal background check.
